Hello to all!

Hi everyone!

How are you all doing? Ready for Christmas? 10 days left! I am just about done. The kids are done but I still have to get something for my parents. I have a few ideas but I don't know for sure yet. Oh, the doggies are done too! Of course Santa brings them a present too.

Good morning Susan and Sarah! How is the patient? How is the caregiver? Sarah--I told Daniel that you said hello and he said to tell you "Merry Christmas and Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Christmas". He said to tell you too, that "it is almost summer time". So there you go!

Bernadette-how are you feeling? Here's a story for you...I am starting to feel better (thanks to the large doses of Vitamin C, I believe) but I still get tired pretty easy. So, yesterday I was out and I went to stop at this CareWorks place that is similar to what you went to when you were sick. The sign says they are open until four and it was 3:35-3:40. The sign also says to sign in but I can't find anywhere to sign in so I just sit down and wait. I can hear people talking behind the door. Well, after a little while, I know on the door and the doctor comes out and I tell her that I don't see where I am supposed to sign in so I just wanted them to know I was waiting. She said "Oh, I'm sorry but we see our last patient at 3:45 and its 3:48 right now." I said "well, I have been sitting out here for about 5 or 10 minutes." She said to me "that is not possible because I was just out here 5 minutes ago." I just looked at her and said "forget it" and I walked away. I was so pissed! Don't doctors take an oath to treat people? Apparently not if its after 3:45! Bah humbug to her!

Anywho, we took the boys to see Santa on Friday. Andrew wanted nothing to do with him. Daniel was really scared at first too but I got him to talk to Santa and then he warmed right up. He got his picture taken but Andrew did not get in it. It came out cute though.

Ok, well that is all for now! Talk to you soon.

Tricia
