stupid coupons!

good morning cousins! sorry jenn, its not friday yet....lol i hope everyone is doing well. well work yesterday was just ridiculous...people are stupid and i cannot stand most of them! let me give you an example. we have had the same coupons out for about 3 months. for some reason they keep sending the stupid things out...well anyways the coupon says that you have to purchase a regular priced adult dinner to recieve either a second adult dinner for 5.99 or up to 2 kids for free. if you get the adult dinner for 5.99 you are only saving a little over 5 dollars. so if you have a kid or two kids that equal the price of a ten yr old, its cheaper to get the kids for free.
so this guy comes in with 2 adults and 2 kids equaling 10 yrs old. so i tell him the price which is 24.12. and he is fighting with me that he didnt want the 2 kids for free he wanted the adult for 5.99. i tried explaining to him that its cheaper the way i did it, but he wouldnt listen. i said fine you can pay more. the other way totaled 24.56. not much of a difference...but i was right. jerk! as soon as i told him the total.. he didnt say another word...

that wasnt even the worst of the worst yesterday... 3 adults came in..they were paying all together and they had the coupon. the total is 30.63. (you can tell i cash alot when i know all these prices lol) well anyways the one lady was in the bathroom and there was another lady up at the cash stand and a guy...the guy was paying. and for some reason shes b*tching about the price and "how is it so much" and says that im wrong and "we have the coupon" and "blah blah blah"! so i explain the coupon to her literally 5 times. by the 5th time of explaining the same thing to someone i get a little annoyed...so i read the list of how much everything cost and the tax and said the total again...with attitude...because shes stupid! at some point my manager kevin came up and was standing next to me, he needed a report off the register. well she then starts complaining that i am being rude and saying "gosh you dont have to be so rude." and i said right back at you. so we are going back and forth with it for a little while. and the guy the lady was with was telling her to be quiet and kevin was just like come on guys we dont need this. so the lady steps to the side and i had turned my attention to the next customer and just kinda zoned the dumb lady out and all of a sudden my manger kevin is like "get out right now. give them their money and their coupon and leave right now! you cannot be in here and threaten an employee" and so on and so forth... the lady had threatened me! i didnt even hear her! but it was crazy!!!!

well thats all i have for today! hope my day at work today goes better than yesterday!
