Happy Monday!

Hello Cousins,

I hope everyone is well. We are all on the mend here. Daniel is still dealing with a runny nose and congestion but his fever is gone and he is much more himself. And he is sleeping through the night again which makes my life so much easier. Andrew is doing well with only a runny nose so I am hoping it stays that way. Dave seems to have a full blown cold like Daniel did but I think even he is starting to get better (its hard to tell...Dave is a typical guy and is a big baby when he is sick...lol...no offense male cousins!). And me, I'm doing just fine with only a little hint of a cold that really hasn't bothered me.

Other than that, I've been busy with work but not much else is happening. Hopefully we can have some chatter on here this week. Maybe a QOTD? How about....Ok here is one...

What is your favorite ice cream and/or favorite ice cream creation?

I enjoy Cold Stone Creamery's Sweet Cream ice cream with chocolate chips and brownie and whipped cream. I also like one they have in the fall called Pumpkin Pie in the Sky. Its pumpkin ice cream with whipped cream, graham cracker crust and caramel in it. Yummy!
