It was called St Croix and I paid $685 for a single room apartment. It would have been $715 per month but I was working for a "preferred employer" so it got discounted $25/month. Check when you look for apartments... working at a bank may give you a preferred employer discount.

Pest control (trust me, you need it) was included, but I think that is it. I had a cable bill, water and sewage, and electricity... With everything, I probably spent at least $800/month.

It does have two pools w/ hot tubs, gym, free coffee/cookies, volleyball sand court, tennis courts...
