bernadette- so it was like a studio apartment like kitchen, bedroom, etc was all the same? thats not too bad...thats pretty cheap utilities..did u never keep the a/c on...my electric bill would be like a million a year...lol...i appreciate the heads up, i'll def have to keep that in mind if i get a job in the city of tampa...
