If you have trouble with sneakers go to The National Running Center in C.S. behind the fire house. They will have you walk around and then tell you what kind of sneaker will work best for you. Some people walk on the inside of their feet, others the outside, etc. Dave and I have gone there a few times and the sneakers they chose for us always worked well and were comfortable for a lot longer than anything I bought elsewhere. The only reason I bought the Nike Shox was because I wanted to use the iPod thing. So far I like them but they aren't super comfortable like my old ones were that the store picked out for me.
