"Just hit the east side of the LBC"

i know someone knows this song quote.....
its been a while and i just gotta say how are we all doing....hopefully we are all doing well...

Trisha- we're gonna take the pepsi challenge with the vodka sauce....i'm always a fan of that...if you get a new puppy they will forget about the dog and you could let it out the door....lol....j/k....but it would work....taking that class is a good idea...its gonna make you more prepared for the last test you ever have to take in your life....the money will be well spent...

sarah- glad you figured out the computer....its a great tool and a fun way to spend time with the family, in this case...."i'm so excited and i just can't hide it!" best jessie spano quote ever...if you ever get bored at home i'll have you work a day at the bank and i'll chill with the ferrets....lol......

susan- your name doesn't like you....susan is a bomb name....don't you forget it...

jenn- joe, his buddy anthony, jeff (susan's boyfriend), and myself had a blast tailgating for the hockey game...ask brandon, he was tailgating like 4 cars away for me...we got to the stadium at like 9:30 and commenced the festivities...it was a really good time and mom's lasagna kicked butt...the 1st is Joe's birthday and it was his birthday meal...good times...

Lauren- we are gonna have soo much fun once you get into town....we're gonna have to have some slumber parties at the crib....our florida cousins are going to be forced to come hang out for a giant slumber party at my place....jenn and trish will have to come to and it can be the night there mom and my mom can slumber party with the kids...mike and dave are welcome to come out as well...hopefully we can have a slumber party, it would be alot of fun i think...one giant cousin sleepover.....good times....you know you're my third sister....Love You!

All of you- the car is fixed now...the brake line blew out and i lost my brakes...it was scary, but i stayed calm...what sucked even more was driving up to a busy intersection and having to slam my car into park in order to park cuz the e-brake didn't work either...but the car is a champ and is ok....

i can def help out with whatever i can for lauren...

i just made this pasta dish for the family...its a spicy lemon pepper chicken and sausage dish...you need lemon juice, chicken, some sausage (spicy italian), any and as many veggies you want def spinach though, fresh cloves of garlic (preminced is ok), in sauce pan, you simmer a bunch of the lemon juice with the garlic, some white wine ideal pinot grigio, and a little franks hot sauce (gotta have the heat). in a separate pan cook the sausage and chicken until they're 96% done, when juice mixture reduces throw in veggies from longest to cook, until shortest...second veggie in add spinach cuz of its flavor. when veggies are 90% cooked add meat in...and turn down to lowest heat setting. veggies are best served al dente. so you don't want them to be soft, other than spinach... best served with a riesling. Enjoy!

Picnic Dates- i think the best date would be one on a sunday where monday is a holiday...that would give us the most time together on a long weekend if we're all off for those mondays...its tough to get off on saturdays, because of how the restaurant business works....but if it has to be on a saturday i'll do what i can....

well i have to get myself a going....sorry its been soo long, but i will try to catch up as much as i can when i am free....take care...

I Love All Of You
Mark
