I was hoping for a power outage at work so I wouldn't have to go in ;) No such luck, but the wind is gusting outside my window and it is very nosiy. It actaully had blown my window open and my office was under 60 degrees when I came in. I think I forgot to lock it, and the windows, like everything else in this office, is OLD. For those of you not in WNY- there are wind gusts up to 60 mph. I was white knuckled at times during my drive in. I have been up since 4:30 so I am tired. I could not fall back asleep more than 20 minutes after Bob left because the wind was so loud. And today I only have one client (so far) and maybe one meeting, so it will be hard to stay awake. I hope everyone is chatty like yesterday (except for Susan who will be busy with a client instead of us all day;)
Tonight Bob and I are meeting a lawyer (to make wills and things like that) at one of my favorite restuarants- Carmines. It is Italian and oh so yummy. Hmmm... what to get...
Bob and I made our final picks for paint colors for the upstairs. The extra bedroom will be a shade of purple (of course!) and our bedroom is this neat green (not sure the name of it), and the bathroom will be brown to match (hopefully) the floor we picked out, and the vanity. Its not in yet so we hope the paint matches. The hallway is grayish (light)... Good times. It took us all of about 5 min to agree... so that is good.
well, i started writign this post around 9:15 and now its after 10 and I keep getting interrupted so i had better just post it!
