I have to say sometimes I wait to read cause I know there will be more and more to read the longer I wait. I love this thing.
Lauren You know now that I have been running and building my endurance I love it. Sometimes I don't want to do it and have to argue with myself but most of the time I enjoy it, it is a great stress reliever, and it is nice that I have running buddies at work so after work we run together a lot of the time. It is definitely harder to run by yourself then it is with someone else cause when you are alone it is so easy to stop. I definitely would rather run with someone else, but don't always get that chance.
Jennifer I have lost 56 pounds officially and am doing well, all my blood work is good and my blood pressure has gone down also (it was not bad before, but has gone down which is good.) Work is crazy but I am good at it, I enjoy what I do cause it is what I am good at. I like having to figure out everything for myself and making it all work in the end.
Mark can't wait for the slumber party sounds like an awesome time.
Sarah I am sorry that the stupid television people won't show the re-runs in order. Those little bastards (Bernadette will appreciate that)
Susan sounds like a busy day that sucks....lol.....
Well that is about it for now I am going to run, although not outside cause it is to hot today, I am going to run on the treadmill I think. Well anyway talk to you all soon Love you all.
