The bat was in the living room and Bob found it right before he was about to leave the house. He was just about to set the alarm when he went in that room for something and saw it. Good thing, because it would have likely set off the alarm!! He kills them (sorry Susan, well, not really, I am glad he kills them) with tennis rackets. We have two in our bedroom. We should keep them in every room of the house!
