Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, Cousins!

I hope you all had a great time last night. I was, as predicted, asleep! I did wake up for about 30 seconds around midnight and that was it.

Kristy--I got your text and I actually texted you back "happy new year" but apparently fell back to sleep before hitting send. When I woke up this morning, my unsent message was still on my phone. lol... I hope your party was great.

Bernadette--sounds like you had fun! We were supposed to get a storm today but it changed and we got a little rain and thats about all. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you though and maybe you'll get a snow day!
As for the test prep, I took the course I have been considering when I first graduated from law school. At that time, its just the "go with the flow" kind of thing to take this course and then take the bar. For me, though, at that time, I had so much else going on that I didn't dedicate myself to the exam like I was supposed to. Had I done that, the course would have certainly been beneficial. So, I do think it will help this time around too. Its just a matter of figuring out if I want to spend the money and the time driving to and from Philadelphia for the lectures. I think I may go with it though because I see from their website they cover a few areas that my other course does not. These areas are all possible essay question subjects.

My parents just left my house. I made dinner for everyone but Jenn and Mike and the girls didn't come down because Jenn has a cold. So it was just us and my parents. I made a great penne and vodka sauce and brownies for dessert that were still warm when we ate them. Yum! No jello shots this time though...lol...but the sauce has vodka in in! lol...

I rented Waitresses today. Has anyone seen it? I am going to watch it today and enjoin relaxing because I don't anticipate too much down time between now and the exam at the end of February. Tomorrow starts full steam ahead!

Bye for now, love you all, miss you all!
Tricia
