Let's start the day off with a smile...here's a cute joke: Why do seagulls fly over the sea??
Because if they flew over the bay, they'd be bagels!!! Isn't that so cute? It was in Mia's kid magazine.
Hope everyone's Friday is going to be great! I love Fridays!!!
Susan: The 9th & 10th work awesome for us! A weekend is great! Mike will be off and that means we'll have good eats (he can cook!) and if we plan on doing something, he will hang out with the girls and I won't have to worry about time or his work. Totally good dates!! And, you know my door is always open, so you can all stay here if you all want to. I'm so excited! I hope everyone who wants to come can make it that weekend....bring along anyone who wants to stay, we look forward to it. I've got the tent!! (makes it tempting, doesn't it ;o)
As far as Feb.2, I'm working on it. I haven't said anything because it's hard to plan being a few weeks away, but I hope to be there!
Krazy Katy: Well, you are so welcome for my name calling of Krazy Katy! What else on Earth would I call you?? The best is that Mia thinks that's your actual name! We named everyone in the Christmas picture your mom sent and she called you Krazy Katy! It lives on, my friend!
Bernadette: That's awesome that your hanging out with your mom tonight. I love being at your parent's house! I'm so sorry we missed your dad 2 weeks ago, but I know how much he works. Hope your busy day goes smoothly. Oh, your dinner last night sounds so good! I love shrimp! And, Hi Bob...if you're reading :o)
Kristy: Did I tell you yesterday that I think it's great you've lost 56 lbs.!!! OMG!, that is super! Keep up the good work! And, 3 miles yesterday is fantastic. I'm truly jealous. You are an inspiration. Maybe sometime we can go accessory shopping and buy a ton of sunglasses and sneakers as a reward for your weight loss. (yes, I'll reward myself for your weight loss.) Why? Because I love you of course!
Mark: Glad you got some time off last night. And, if you can excuse me for acting like the oldest cousin right now, I want you to know that it's okay to not be sure what you want for your future. I think there's so much pressure on people to know what they want and that in itself makes it harder to decide. Keep your options open and take a taste of everything you enjoy, then make a plan. There's no time limit. I know people in their late 40's who are just getting to a place in their life and career that they enjoy. I also know some that age who still haven't found their niche. As long as you do what makes you happy, that's life...according to your oldest cousin.
Sarah & Mark: I too, get terrible anxiety when I do something in a group without knowing at least one other person. I'm getting better at it, but I get a nervous, scared feeling at times. Sarah, SBTB better go back to the early years or you may have to start watching something else. You're right, Screech over Zack! no way! Now since I know you like reality t.v., did you see Dustin Diamond on Celebrity Fit Club? He's quite an ass!
Tricia: how was the class yesterday? And, i do have to agree, Patrick Dempsey is hot! I liked him way back in his '80's movies! He's in an awesome gangster movie with other hotties, too. I can't remember what it's called.
Lauren: I can't remember if I posted this yesterday, but that's great that you're considering culinary school. I say go for it! Being free is a bonus since you already like to cook. Give it a try! Then you can show me some stuff since I'm an awful cook. :o)
Well, I hope I remembered everything! I'll check in later! Hope everyone has a great day!!
Love & hugs!! ~jenn
