The school should back me up. The rule for instructors is that we cannot accept a late final. Her final was late, nothing I can do about it.
Susan--thanks for the tips. I will probably bake the nuggets, that's what I usually do. Do you ever eat tofu? I had it once and really liked it. I see it at the store every time I go but I don't know what to do with it so I never buy it.
