Susan- good to hear from you today that your server is back up!
Sarah- that makes a lot of sense about the ferrets. That is cute about the widower who wants a companion. I bet you made his day :)
As for the reunion... we can rent out space at a nearby park to play softball for about $40 (but they fill up fast Bob says, so we would need to pick a date soon) OR hope a nearby park/school is available that day, which Bob says is likely and what he does for his annual football game and he never has a problem. We could do volleyball in our yard somewhere. We have two ponds and 2 canoes, 2 or 3 kayaks, fishing poles....etc. There is also a nature trail down our street, and we have acres of woods to hike in if anyone wanted to. He said that we should make it a saturday so we can have a bonfire, too (not sure why we would have to do this on a saturday but I trust he knows what he is talking about). Some weekends that are out for us are the following: July 4th, 12th, 19th (I think), August 2nd, 9th (we are in Adirondacks). He suggested Labor Day weekend (Sept 1st is labor day) since most people have off so if they wanted to come in for a long weekend... What does everyone think?
