Chicken or chicken?

I made this a few times in Tampa; once for the other two interns who thought I was an amazing cook (little did they know). Its relatively easy and you can alter ingredients depending on what you like.

I would make a linguine pasta (usually wheat) and use an olive oil-Parmesan-pesto sauce and add some of the following: chicken , shrimp, crab meat, spinach, onions, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella, tomatoes, peppers, garlic. Serve with a side of garlic bread (homemade or texas toast works just fine, too). A red sauce would probably be good, too. Or Alfredo. Or vodka. Yum. And if you don't want to make them, they all come in jars! Priceless.

I am also a big fan of grilling skewers of veges and shrimp, scallops, chicken, or beef, and marinading with an Italian dressing or marinade of choice. Maybe with a side of rice. Pretty easy once the chopping is done ;)

One of my favorites that my mom makes is a chicken and rice casserole and she uses cream of mushroom soup to flavor it. Yummy.

Bob would probably put his vote on his venison chili ( big hit for some at the New Years Party). He is a great chili maker! He would have to tell you his recipe though.

Ok, all this talk of food is making me hungry. Not really, I just finished eating about 45 minutes ago. I should be good for 2 more hours :)
