Hello dear ones,
All I can say is that it's quite busy here for me. All the fun Christmas things are going on, but it's happening so fast! Mia has a Christmas party on Friday (for all you alcoholic cousins, no booze at this party..ha ha) Mike has a luncheon, we're wrapping, baking, trying to keep track of it all. I'm so, so tired at night!
Amber- nice to have you back sweetie! We all missed you, you know it!! (now everyone stop talking about the adopted one....) J/K!! Love ya! To fly?!?
Kristy- for all the cleaning you did yesterday, I hope game night was fun. I'm sure it was. I love game nights, although mine lately have consisted of Candy Land & Go Fish. But, it's fun.
Susan & Bernadette- Glad to hear the Christmas parties went well. If I don't get to one soon, on Christmas Eve I'm going to get sloshed and watch 24 hours of "A Christmas Story" and recite every line at the top of my lungs!!! I might even call Tricia who can also recite the whole movie with me. Gonna shoot your eye out, kid!!! Seriously, I'm going out Sunday night with my 2 best friends and I'm sure it'll be awesome.
Mark- Mike and I were lol at your "you didn't take me to Burger King..." line. OMG, I'm still laughing when I think about it.
Okay, I think I owe my answers of the day for yesterday:: When I'm stressed, I clean. If I need to move and shake things off, I clean really fast. I used to go out for a ride, but the girls are always with me now and who wants to drive around with 2 kids bugging you! That's just more stress! So, I clean. Or, if I can get away to my room for a little while alone, music soothes me totally. I'm not talking soft stuff, I'm talking hard, loud music. Van Halen's 5150, Creed or Daughtry. By the time I calm down, I usually listen to something much softer like the soundtrak from St.Elmo's Fire. A lot of times I like listening to music that puts me at a certain time in my life. Music amazes me with the stories that are told. I hope to learn to play some awesome songs on the piano some day. Maybe some classics like Elton or Billy Joel.
Well, time to get moving! Mike & Mia went out and Gianna is somewhere around here. I think she's playing with a roll of tape or something :o)
