Well I got my first taste of running in cold weather now I know this weather is nothing compared to the cold you all up north are experiencing, but my throat was not loving it. I felt good, I went a mile tonight but my throat is now killing me (Bernadette tell your mom yes I took my vitamin C today, and actually have been taking a little extra because I knew I would be running in the cold:) Well I am pretty tired so I am going to go to bed I think, I have a big day of cleaning tomorrow yippy. Our house needs a good cleaning and I finally have some free time tomorrow so I am going to tackle it.
