GOOD MORNING VIETNAM!!! lol....not funny, but i always wanted to do that and why not embarass one's self in front of family....where else can we do it with out ALOT of ridicule....
bernadette, thank you for finding that airfare info, if someone could pass it along to heath i'd appreciate it...i really think he'd have a good time up here for a few days. and i know joe likes having a younger cousin to beat up on, cuz he has always been the youngest.
right now i'm sitting in front of a computer....just got a call...customer's cards got stolen...they were freaking out, but i took care of business....you know how we do....what i do here is service customer's banking issues over the phone, sometimes its as easy as telling them where the closest open branch is, sometimes its explaining...aka...arguing with them as to why they overdrew there account...its like,"why did you charge me this?" all i say is,"you didn't take me to Burger King with -$290 in the accoutn and pay with your card....don't blame me...keep track of your sh*t....!!!" lol....but its alot of fun and i get exposure to a whole different arm of the branch...gotta get that name out there...ya know....
i'm getting really excited to come down to Florida, i really can't wait....i need to get away because i am really stressed out with work....the branch has been ruthless latel, but if worst comes to worst they would accept me with open arms full-time in the call center....
well i hope that all of you are well...its time for me to go now...prolly won't be on till at least thursday cuz i got that fun 16 hr day tomorrow....
