Good morning/afternoon!
I was at the library this morning which is why I didn't check in. I'm here now though and prepared, as always, to keep Susan from being productive. :-)
Happy Birthday to Bob!
Question of the day---Bernadette, this morning I thought of this exact question to be our question of the day! How weird!
I don't know what my favorite memory is but some good ones are:
-Sleeping in Jennifer's room every Christmas Eve....until that guy Mike came around and she started living with him! :-)
-After opening presents we would run next door to see what our friends there got....unless they got to our house first.
-The year I got my leather bomber jacket. I wanted it sooooo bad and had to live through going shopping with a friend while her mom bought her one as an early Christmas present. She got the same one I wanted too. Anyway, my mom kept telling me that I wasn't getting one because it was too expensive but I didn't believe her. Then, at Christmas Eve mass, my sister told me that I really wasn't getting one and the only reason she was saying anything was because she didn't want me to be sad on Christmas. I believed her and really thought I wasn't getting it. It was, of course, the last gift I opened and I was so excited!
Amber--I wanted to ask where you were but the members of the big sister club forbid me to ask about you because they thought you and I were in on a plan and that we were out to get them! I just got word today that I could talk to you again! ;-)
Mark--at least if you are keeping busy, you are staying out of trouble! :-)
Kristy/Amber--game night sounds like a good time. Next time, invite Bernadette and she can pick me up on the way!
I'll be back later. Tonight is my traditional Christmas dinner with a few close friends. I have very different circles of friends and none of them really intermix. Do you guys find that too? I should have a big party and let them all get to know each other.
Bye for now, love to all, miss you all,
Tricia
PS--When we were all together, a few of us talked about a summer reunion for us cousins. We should get working on that if everyone is still up for it.
